At Slope Spaces, we believe that every customer order is a partnership. We have made the payment process as simple as possible to ensure a smooth and uncomplicated journey. Contact us using the below form to discuss your thoughts and any further information you may require before starting the ordering of your Slope Space garden room.


Step 1) 

After any prior discussions about your Slope Space order. Please complete our online order form to secure your installation date and start the ordering process. After 14 days we will move to step 2 below.

Step 2)

We will request the initial payment of 40% of the order value. This payment initiates the manufacturing of your chosen Slope Space and is taken 14 days after step 1 and allows time to ensure the installation date can be met as agreed.

Step 3)

Then 7 days before installation, a further payment of 50% will need to be made. You will be able to see your Slope Space being completed in our workshop before dispatch to you for installation at your home.

Step 4)

A final balance of 10% is due no later than 10 days after the installation has been completed, this allows you to check and experience the Slope Space for yourself and be satisfied with our workmanship and product.


We also offer a finance option through one of our partners. Please contact us for more information. We can take credit card payments along with PayPal and BACs. 

We hope that you will be happy with your Slope Space garden room, but if you need to cancel your Slope Space at any time, we ask that you contact us in writing immediately. We will accommodate this with a refund of monies paid minus costs for labour and materials up to the cancellation date.


Installation of your Slope Space

As part of the ordering process, we agree an installation date. Generally, we install weekdays and allow 2 days for the installation (times may vary depending on location and seasonal working hours). If you need us to install on a weekend this can be accommodated if agreed at the point of ordering your Slope Space. As with all manufacturing processes, we will endeavour to keep to our schedule but sometimes delays are unavoidable on both sides. We will keep you informed of any delays and ask that you keep us informed if any delays occur on your side. Our view is that we can work together so long as we are all communicating.

Before placing your order and during the manufacturing process of your chosen Slope Space, we actively encourage you to send us pictures, plans or anything else that we can look at, to advise on best practices for the placement of your Slope Space. We commonly come across issues that we can deal with before we arrive on-site to install the Slope Space.

For the installation of your Slope Space, we require a solid foundation to work from. Traditionally this would come in a form of a concrete base. This base should have a sub-structure of hardcore stone with a minimum of 100mm concrete pour to finish. Drawings can be provided if needed for your builder or yourself if you are taking the plunge and making the solid foundation yourself.
