We have a full, 60 day pre instillation deposit return policy, which means can cancel and have your deposit refunded prior to being delivered.

Please note once the Slope spaces Garden Space has been delivered you will sign a receipt confirming that your are delighted and content with the install and from that point the product is then covered by our standard warranty from that point onwards.

Deposit Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
